Chai Ping focuses her practice on real estate and property law, advising developers and property owners on a broad range of property transactions and development-related matters. Her work includes real property acquisitions and disposals, leasing and tenancy arrangements, development projects, and regulatory compliance as well as sale and purchase transactions involving development land, commercial and industrial properties, as well as residential properties.

She has also advised and drafted cost-sharing agreements for developers across several separate transactions, in relation to integrated water supply systems within their development and has experience supporting collaborative development projects involving multiple parties.

In addition to her real estate practice, Chai Ping advises clients on probate and estate administration matters, including applications for grants of probate and letters of administration. Leveraging her experience in property law, she regularly assists in matters involving the administration and distribution of immovable properties forming part of a deceased’s estate.

Outside of her legal practice, Chai Ping is a dedicated athlete with over 20 years of competitive netball experience at both state and international levels. She currently serves as the Captain of the Malaysian Bar Netball Team, bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and strategic mindset from the court into her professional work. She is also a music enthusiast who enjoys singing and playing the guitar as a creative outlet and a way to unwind. A lifelong learner, she values continuous growth, collaboration, and maintaining balance both on and off the court.
