Puan Shahfina is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience across the legal industry. Her core expertise spans corporate and commercial law, real estate and conveyancing, as well as banking and finance.

 

Over the course of her career, she has spent more than a decade in partnership roles, advising clients in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of legal matters, from project financing to land acquisitions and regulatory compliance. She has consistently led complex transactions with precision and strategic foresight.

 

Earlier in her career, Puan Shahfina served as Legal Executive at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), where she managed TNB Group high-level legal matters. Her role included advising on procurement strategy, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the group’s operations. Her longstanding engagement with government bodies, including advising PERKESO, reflects her strong institutional understanding and proven ability to navigate public-sector frameworks.
